We collect only what you choose to send us, and we use it to reply to you. We never sell it or use it for marketing, and the site sets no cookies.
Information you send us
When you use the consultation form, we receive your name, role, company, email address, and message. If you choose to include your IT health check results, we also receive your score and the gaps you identified.
We use this information only to respond to your request and follow up on it. We contact you only because you contacted us first: we won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing email.
Form messages are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365.
The IT health check
Your answers are saved in your own browser, so they're still there if you come back. They aren't sent to us unless you include them with a consultation request. The "Clear answers" button on the health check removes them.
Visit statistics
We count visits with GoatCounter, which runs on our own server. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your IP address, and doesn't follow you to other websites. It records which pages are viewed, the site that linked you here, your browser and device type, screen size, and approximate country, and we see these only as totals.
We also count two actions, sending the consultation form and finishing the health check, without recording anything you entered.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, our web server keeps a standard log of each request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. We use these logs only for security and troubleshooting, and they're deleted automatically after 14 days.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your health check answers, as described above.
Who we share information with
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our email on our behalf (Web3Forms, Microsoft 365, and our hosting provider), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Messages you send: as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and as part of our business records if you become a client. Ask and we'll delete them.
- Visit statistics: kept only as totals that don't identify anyone.
- Server logs: 14 days.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@snacc.tech and we'll respond within 30 days.
Because we don't track visitors across websites, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
